Requirements

•10+ years of experience in product management or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing consumer products •A proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer technology products that achieve significant market impact in a hands-on role •Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics •Having a passion and grit to be able to complete our mission of making a real difference in the lives of millions of Americans •Experience scaling an efficient product team •A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels •Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus •A passion for transforming financial services and improving consumer experiences
