• Copy.ai is seeking their first VP of Product to champion generative AI tools. • Proven product leader needed with vision, strategy, and execution skills. • Experience in high-impact SaaS startups is essential. • Strong leadership and coaching ability to enhance product teams. • Collaborate with CEO and leadership on product direction and quarterly road map. • Extensive cross-functional collaboration with teams like Engineering and Marketing is expected. • Passion for generative AI and product advocacy from day one is crucial.
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of Product Management experience; 5+ years directly leading a Product Team at a rapidly-growing startup • Proven track record of delivering a unified product vision, creatively solving complex problems along the way • Comfortable being a player/coach, rolling up sleeves while putting team first • Low-ego and a great collaborator, prioritizing building trust through candid communication • Experience attracting, developing, mentoring and retaining a high-performing, world-class Product Team • Competence in technology disciplines, opportunities, and constraints for bridging business and technical aspects • Empathy for writers, marketers, and business owners, understanding challenges of bringing creative content to life • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
