• Key contributor in designing and improving user-centered digital experiences for Facing History’s audience. • Combines expertise in UX research, strategy, and analytics to align user experiences with organizational goals. • Leads design, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover actionable insights. • Advocates for accessibility, equity, and inclusion while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience). • Advanced technical or business knowledge preferred. • 5–7 years of experience in UX research and strategy, ideally in nonprofit or education settings. • Hands-on experience with end-to-end UX research projects, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies. • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Miro. • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, HubSpot, and behavioral analytics tools. • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics. • Proven ability to turn user insights into actionable strategies that enhance product and organizational outcomes. • Strong leadership in cross-departmental collaborations, aligning UX strategies with broader organizational goals. • Experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Hotjar, Optimizely, and familiarity with Salesforce and Drupal. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering on time, within scope, and under budget. • Commitment to advancing equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all UX practices.
