Description
• Manages a team of software engineers within the IBS Services Engineering team. • Review product requirement documents and problem solving. • Implements and tracks development timelines and negotiates feature sets with development leads and product teams. • Sets goals and mentors ongoing projects. • Provides guidance on software design and implementation. • Reviews code changes and presents technical issues to senior management. • Coordinates recruiting and training for the team. • Performs on-call duties for client/product issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field. • At least 2 years of software engineering industry experience. • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), RESTful APIs, Python Flask framework, Python, MySQL, SQLAlchemy, AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS, GIT, yarn, pip, Selenium, Sentry, Auth0, RDS, Redis, lambda, and Micro Services. • Full software engineering life cycle experience.
