Description

• Fire Systems Senior Project Manager to lead fire detection and protection system projects. • Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring service delivery and safety standards. • Manage all phases of fire system projects, aligning with client expectations. • Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient resource utilization. • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules. • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential issues. • Prepare documentation and provide updates on project progress. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and building codes. • Lead project meetings for effective communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire safety industry, with a strong understanding of fire alarm systems and regulations. • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mid to large scale fire detection and alarm projects. • Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Understanding of health and safety regulations pertaining to fire safety works. • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
