Description

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions • Conduct regular reviews and analyses of financial data to identify trends and variances • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management, summarizing key financial information • Generate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and financial policies • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and examinations • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts • Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis • Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial procedures and systems • Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations • Provide financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA or relevant certification preferred
