Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams on product development and assess legal complexities • Draft and review terms for contracts, leading negotiations for product, vendor, and partnership agreements • Evaluate and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle • Advise on privacy and data protection for product features

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Admission to a State Bar and good standing • 10+ years in legal advisory role • 7+ years with product compliance in an international context • 5+ years with complex legal transaction negotiations • Direct experience in Financial Services or an Institutional FinTech company/product
