📋 Description

• Design and maintain brand guidelines, creating logos and visual elements. • Create store branding, in-store displays, and promotional graphics. • Interpret and adhere to partners' style guides. • Develop print and digital marketing assets. • Design packaging for products to maintain brand consistency. • Design static and motion graphics for online platforms. • Work with marketing and product development teams to understand campaign objectives. • Provide design support for retail events. • Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into visual concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy. • Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently across all design elements. • Generate fresh and engaging visual concepts to stand out in the market. • Attention to detail and proven ability to ensure accuracy in all design elements. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project needs. • 2+ years designing retail store environments and printed marketing materials. • Knowledge of WWE & UFC brands a strong plus. • Excellent managerial, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus. • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management. • Ability to thrive under pressure and make quick decisions. • Strong analytical skills to develop strategies based on data insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with CAD software is a plus. • Ability to travel frequently (up to 60-70% of the time) for events.
