Description

• Advise on end-to-end management of programs addressing strategic initiatives and operational needs • Develop comprehensive board and management committee meeting materials • Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze data for materials • Ensure accuracy and conciseness of materials for board and management committee • Assist in logistical planning for board and MC meetings • Maintain organized records of board-related materials • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards • Maintain a roadmap of deadlines for timely submission of materials • Assist in preparation of annual reports and regulatory documentation • Identify opportunities to streamline board and MC material development

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience • 3-5 years in Board or Management Committee support or strategic consulting • Translate complex concepts into easy to understand visuals and graphics • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Proven ability to interact professionally with senior executives • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred • Advanced degree or related experience in strategic planning desired • Knowledge of financial services industry preferred • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
