• Join legal operations leadership team at Fannie Mae • Enhance department’s infrastructure with KM best practices and new technologies • Coach, mentor, and lead a small team • Assess current knowledge systems and improve them • Create a unified department strategy combining best practices and technology • Manage alignment of departmental knowledge into the new strategy • Facilitate ongoing department training and growth programs • Design, document or enhance departmental processes and workflows

Requirements

• 6 years of corporate Legal Operations experience, focusing on knowledge management • Experience with AI in knowledge management context • Prior experience managing people, fostering inclusive environments • Strong operational skills and commitment to continuous improvement • Skilled in effective relationship management, engaging stakeholders and vendors • Expertise with major knowledge and document management systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams, iManage, etc.) • Familiarity with reporting, metrics, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (desired)
