📋 Description

• Founded by Greg Street, our studio Fantastic Pixel Castle (FPC) is building an original fantasy IP from scratch. • We are committed to being a fully remote and global studio to hire world-class people. • We aim to stay small to deliver a game and a world that you will love. • We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Producer for early development stages of a groundbreaking MMORPG. • The Senior Producer will oversee the production process, manage key aspects of development, and ensure project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a Production role with a proven track record of shipping multiple products. • Experience leading cross-discipline game development teams within Art, Design, and Engineering. • Experience with Agile and Lean development methodology with practical applications. • Deep understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and task tracking, and project management practices and tools. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). • Deep understanding of MMORPG mechanics, systems, and player communities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with game development engines and tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine). • Previous experience working with remote teams and external vendors. • Previous experience working on gameplay, art and creative teams.
