Requirements
• 5+ years in art production/project management, focusing on art pipeline coordination within a game. • Proficiency with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, AppScript) for data tracking and automation. • Intermediate to advanced Jira skills, with experience managing workflows, sprints, and task prioritization. • Solid understanding of art and game development processes from concept to delivery. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong relationship-building skills, with a history of effectively working cross-functionally with creative and production teams. • Ability to translate complex project needs into accessible, actionable steps for team members. • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to think critically, anticipate challenges, and act as a solutions-oriented leader.
