📋 Description
• Responsible for competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in all assigned cases. • Handles matters with greatest complexity and/or exposure levels. • Assists the Managing Attorney in supervision of other attorneys and certain administrative tasks. • Makes case assignments to attorneys ensuring skill level matches case complexity. • Trains attorneys to improve their level of expertise. • Supervises maintenance of computerized litigation support systems. • Consults with the Claims Department on legal questions regarding personal injury claims.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required • Law school degree and member in good standing of the State Bar in the state in which position is located. • At least two years as a Senior Trial Attorney, or comparable outside experience • Capable of handling cases of greatest exposure and/or complexity with minimum supervision. • Must have some management experience or demonstrated management aptitude.
