📋 Description

• A fast growing company that seeks to bridge the gap between institutional capital and digital assets by providing flexible and curated liquidity solutions to our customers. • They serve institutions, traders, family offices, exchanges, funds, and mining groups with solutions ranging from auto-liquidation to direct liquidity feeds through an electronic communication network (ECN). • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our Finance Team in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. • This role can be structured as part-time or full-time if the candidate can take on additional responsibilities such as reporting, month-end close, and other senior accounting tasks. • The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple financial entities while maintaining precision in financial workflows. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for keeping track of financial records, invoices, and reconciliations across multiple entities. • Responsibilities include accounts payable & invoice management, financial operations & reconciliation, reporting & month-end close, and crypto & digital asset accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable, financial analysis, or a related finance role. • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple entities and financial records efficiently. • Strong accountability—able to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments. • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial processes. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors. • Familiarity with accounting software and invoice management systems. • Experience with Float card reconciliation and AP approval workflows is a plus. • Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive financial processes while maintaining precision. • Crypto Experience: Nice to have, but its importance depends on the candidate’s level: • For more senior candidates (who can take on additional responsibilities like reporting, month-end close, and more complex accounting tasks), crypto experience is strongly preferred. • For more junior candidates (focused on AP and core financial tasks), prior crypto experience is not required, but they should be open to learning.
