Description

• We're seeking a remote Talent acquisition specialist (TAS) to join our team! • You'll play a pivotal role in building our network of highly skilled offshore talent. • You'll be responsible for the entire candidate recruitment lifecycle. • Partner with Clients and Account managers to define ideal candidate profiles. • Proactively source qualified VA and other candidates through various channels. • Conduct phone screens with potential candidates to assess their communication, skills, experiences, and cultural fit. • Manage all aspects of the interview process. • Prepare and present top candidates to clients. • Maintain detailed records throughout the recruitment process. • Stay up to date with industry trends in offshore recruitment and VA skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully placing qualified candidates in remote positions. • Strong understanding of the virtual assistant industry and the skills and experience required for success. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in recruiting software and tools (e.g. applicant tracking systems, online sourcing platforms). • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
