Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media management, or growth marketing, preferably within the crypto or tech industry • Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and foster authentic community interactions • Strong skills in SEO, social media advertising, and utilizing growth-hacking tools • Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Twitter and community platforms like Discord to drive engagement and user acquisition • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a knack for identifying new growth opportunities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges and opportunities
