Description

• Senior Software Engineer for Fastly’s Domain Services team. • Responsible for building solutions for domain, DNS, and TLS certificate management. • Lead projects from idea to delivery, collaborating with engineers and product managers. • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications for Fastly’s TLS and domain products.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing software in a distributed environment. • Significant experience developing backend features with Go. • Experience building and maintaining reliable, robust, and performant software in a cloud environment. • Able to implement reasonably well defined projects with minimal guidance. • Eager to learn new domains and share what you’ve learned with others. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce quality documentation. • A great teammate: communicative, collaborative, empathetic. • Experience working with teams distributed across different time zones.
