Description

• Product Manager II supports strategic and tactical product activities. • Establish and communicate the product's vision and strategy. • Create and implement production strategies that drive adoption, resource efficiency, and value delivery. • Conduct problem identification, product planning, client expectation management, competitive analysis, and backlog management. • Displays leadership and contributes to product management practice.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager. • Strong experience in a fast-paced Agile environment utilizing JIRA and Confluence. • Strong experience ensuring the product direction meets end user and stakeholder needs. • Collaborating with Product Owners to create vision, mission statement, strategy, and roadmap for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences. • Extensive knowledge of product ownership roles and understanding of gaps. • Ability to operate and manage work, strategically reason, build relationships, and influence others.
