Requirements

• Experience - Have 10+ years of relevant work experience in product management at a high-performance SaaS consumer technology company. B2B SaaS Experience (Preferred) - Experience in B2B SaaS, with CPQ, Rebates, or Pricing management as a nice-to-have but not mandatory requirement. • Product Lifecycle Expertise - Must have experience leading at least two full product lifecycles from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations. • Agile Product Development - Strong knowledge of agile methodologies with experience managing iterative, high-quality product releases. • Customer-Centric Focus - Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into valuable product features and solutions. • Data-Driven Decision Making - Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features. • Cross-Functional Leadership - Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure product success. • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking - Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments. • Execution Excellence - Strong project management skills to ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
