📋 Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, ensuring on-time and successful launches • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Datacom products • Engage with key customers, distributors, and industry partners to gather insights and strengthen relationships • Partner with the sales team to develop compelling value propositions and support major customer opportunities • Monitor product performance metrics (market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction) and adjust strategies accordingly
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field • Minimum 10 years of product management experience in the wire and cable industry, with a strong focus on low-voltage solutions • Proven track record of managing products in technical and fast-paced environments • Deep knowledge of low-voltage wire products and their applications in Data Centers and Intelligent Buildings • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments and with external partners • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proactive and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering excellence
