📋 Description

• We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to build and lead our product marketing function. • This role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution of go-to-market initiatives, messaging, positioning, and sales enablement for our clinical AI solutions. • Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the VP of Product and the broader Growth and Product teams, this role will deliver high-impact product launches and develop a consistent, scalable GTM process. • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives. • This role will be a bridge between Marketing and Product, and will work cross-functionally across several teams to drive product adoption and market impact. • SmarterDx builds clinical AI that empowers hospitals to analyze the complete record of every patient to fully capture the value of care delivered.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing in healthcare technology, preferably in revenue cycle management or AI-driven solutions. • Willingness to be a player/coach until a product marketing team is hired/formed. • Strong ability to craft compelling messaging and tell stories that connect with healthcare decision-makers. • Proven experience in launching and marketing technology solutions to hospitals and health systems. • Deep understanding of healthcare provider revenue cycle challenges and workflows. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. • Experience leveraging data analytics to refine messaging, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize GTM strategies.
