Please note that this role requires working US PT or ET hours. • The Subreddit Success team’s mission is to make Reddit the best place to start and grow any community on the internet • You will assist moderators to get a community off the ground and help it grow to its full potential. • You will need to build systems and features that unlock the potential of nascent communities
🎯 Requirements
• At least 6+ years of consumer product management experience • Has worked in product teams and has launched consumer facing products for consumer tech companies • High Data fluency, knows SQL, and at a tactical (e.g. A/B testing) and strategic (e.g. feature estimations, sizing) level can be relied to inform crisp decisions • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • Has worked on community building related projects in the past • Working on operational review systems at scale
