📋 Description
• As a Staff Product Manager for Client Growth at Two Chairs you’ll tackle the highest priority problems for the company - attracting and activating new clients to Two Chairs. • You’ll bring strong product management skills and expertise in building 0-1 products to ship intuitive, impactful new capabilities to acquire, activate and engage our new clients. • You’ll collaborate closely with our go-to-market and internal teams to produce thoughtful and effective solutions. • You’ll define the product strategy & roadmap while also rolling up your sleeves to ship new features. • If you love to think broadly and drive impact, while serving our important mission of access to mental health care - this is the role for you!
🎯 Requirements
• Led client growth in health care or technology-enabled service product offerings in the past • Have multiple years (8+) of product management experience • Have experience building 0-1 products • Are entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven • Excel in product strategy from ambiguous ideas to sequenced plans • Able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically
