📋 Description

• Smartsheet is a tech company with a human story to tell. • We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Product Organization at Smartsheet. • You will be accountable for driving business impacting investments. • Define a vision and strategy for how AI can help collaborators work more efficiently. • Use company objectives, customer needs, and business outcomes to inform your work. • Partner with teams to run experiments and test prototypes to validate hypotheses. • Mentor junior product managers and help support their growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management or consulting experience • Successfully delivered and scaled delightful AI-driven user experiences on high-scale platforms • Experience prioritizing against and driving business outcomes with a focus on ARR growth • Worked within agile development environments (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) preferred) • Experience delivering highly-complex enterprise software products from inception to launch • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A desire to mentor junior teammates • A four year college degree - MBA preferred but not required
