📋 Description

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market opportunities • Lead the product team in developing and managing product roadmaps based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product development and go-to-market execution • Drive product prioritization decisions by balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product success and guide strategic product decisions • Represent the voice of the customer across the organization and champion user-centered design principles • Build and mentor a high-performing product management team that can effectively translate business priorities into well-defined product requirements • Serve as a strong communicator of engineering and product goals, priorities, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience • 5+ years in a leadership and management role, as executive or director • Proven track record of successfully bringing product to market in a B2B or enterprise technology environment • Experience with cloud technologies, storage solutions, and the media and entertainment industry • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product insights and strategic direction • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate product concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical degree a plus
