📋 Description
• Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines • Evaluate and benchmark open-source large language models (LLMs) • Continuously research and incorporate advancements in prompt engineering • Collaborate cross-functionally as a technical lead for junior team members • Ensure production-grade deployment standards
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role (at least 5 years) • Proven experience in designing, training, benchmarking, and fine-tuning machine learning models • Experience in building scalable ML pipelines using tools such as Kubeflow • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including deploying models and using relevant APIs • Great communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences
