• Federato Technologies is a Series B startup based in San Francisco, CA. • We build software leveraging data and AI to enable large insurance carriers to improve their portfolio optimization and make insurance affordable again. • You will build a top tier delivery team that drives happy, engaged customers and users.
🎯 Requirements
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of experience with building and managing a team of Software Engineers and Technical Program Managers. • Proven communication and program management skills. • Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team. • Experience building, growing, and leading a technical program management organization through design and execution of complex, cross functional programs. • Experience in growing organizations and developing a team culture. • Direct experience leading enterprise B2B programs. • Knowledge of software development processes.
