• Proven experience as a senior software engineer with a strong track record of delivering successful projects • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Passion for building innovative and scalable software solutions • Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
