• Maintaining departmental service level targets • Responding to customer inquiries • Processing Orders • Providing positive customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers at all times • Have intermediate product knowledge • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints • Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience • Perform independent warranty claim research • Apply customer and inventory credits • Calculate estimated shipping quotes • Manage high volume accounts • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role • Strong customer service and active listening skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively • Basic computer skills • High school diploma • A passion for customer advocacy • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
