β€’ Manage sales operations for national accounts. β€’ Ensure accuracy of ordering systems and pricing. β€’ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for efficiency. β€’ Conduct data analysis for operational insights. β€’ Provide customer product training at locations. β€’ Oversee order processing for national accounts. β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies in operational activities. β€’ Act as a contact point for customer support in operations.

Requirements

β€’ Proficiency with Excel, SAP, Riversand, VendorNet and BW capabilities. β€’ 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or related roles. β€’ Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and supply chain logistics. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Ability to travel as required (up to 20%).
