📋 Description
• oversee design projects throughout the entire creative process • manage the design of projects with overall budgets that often exceed $20M • build and maintain relationships with executive partners • serve as a key decision-maker in addressing partner feedback • ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • drive accelerated timelines with a focus on quality and speed to market • represent the organization as a design expert
🎯 Requirements
• 10-12+ years of experience in commercial industrial space, warehouse and storage yard, and showroom environments • wholesale and distribution center experience a plus • strong knowledge of permitting, zoning, and municipal requirements • bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field • excellent understanding of design principles, methodologies, space planning, codes and regulations • expertise in collaborating with a broad range of collaborators • proficient in Creative Design, Budgeting, Relationship Building, Time Management, Risk Mitigation, Planning, and Communication • proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu • NCIDQ or other relevant licensure is a plus • ability to travel up to 20% of the time
