• Join Ferguson’s business intelligence and automation team to transform processes. • Design, develop and deploy Power Apps to automate workflows. • Create sophisticated Power Automate flows for efficiency. • Optimize Power BI reports for actionable insights. • Collaborate to gather and understand business needs. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team growth. • Lead project timelines and priorities with minimal oversight. • Apply Lean thinking principles to streamline processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience preferred. • 6+ years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards with expert knowledge of DAX and SQL. • 4+ years of experience building custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate with demonstrated success in automating complex business processes. • Solid experience integrating Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and external APIs. • Ability to think both critically and creatively, with a proven track record of solving problems independently. • Solid project management skills, able to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and balance multiple concurrent projects. • Comfortable working through ambiguity and finding solutions with minimal instruction. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical partners. • Experience with Python for automation or data manipulation is a plus. • Experience with Visual Studio C# would be useful, although not necessary. • Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies. • Highly organized, meticulous, and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
