📋 Description

• Lead full life cycle projects for Real Estate and Facilities • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including developers and contractors • Oversee operating and capital budgets for projects • Ensure project deadlines are met with quality outcomes • Compliance with health and safety standards • Provide regular updates on project scope, schedule, budget, and risks • Establish Service Level Agreements and track performance metrics • Foster positive culture among teams and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Proven project management experience in industrial real estate • Additional experience in office spaces, warehouses, and showrooms • Deep knowledge of permitting, zoning, and municipal requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction management, engineering, business management, or related field • Proficiency in project management principles from pre-development to post-occupancy • Extensive experience managing high-profile construction projects • Strong stakeholder engagement skills • Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, relationship building, time management, risk mitigation, planning, and communication • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
