📋 Description
• Responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing data-driven insights • Lead performance tracking, scorecard development, and automation efforts • Partner with Broker Managers to ensure data-driven decision-making • Track new item cut ins across Walmart, grocery, and convenience channels • Establish and refine an ROI measurement framework • Lead collaboration with IT and Org Data Teams to automate reporting processes • Develop a structured feedback loop to ensure insights drive improvements • Identify areas of improvement in spend efficiency and maximize ROI
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years’ experience in Retail Analytics, Category management or Retail Execution • Strong experience with scorecard development, KPI measurement, and retail data analysis • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools • Understanding of Walmart, grocery, and convenience retail dynamics • Experience working with self-reported retail data, POS data, and merchandising execution tracking • Project management and process improvement experience
