📋 Description

• The Financial Systems and Analytics Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our financial systems and providing actionable insights through data analysis. • Administer and maintain the company's financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. • Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to optimize system performance. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement system upgrades and enhancements. • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management, providing actionable insights to support decision-making. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis. • Automate manual processes to streamline workflows and reduce errors. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards. • Assist with internal and external audits, providing data and documentation as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and systems administration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Workday Adaptive Planning, BI tools). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls. • Intellectual Curiosity: A desire to learn and understand the underlying drivers of financial performance. • Data-Driven: Ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis. • Proactive: Takes initiative to identify and address potential issues. • Adaptable: Able to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines. • Collaborative: Works effectively with colleagues across different departments.
