📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Stop Loss and Valenz Point Solution teams to drive product and service growth strategies. • Responsible for supporting client retention and development efforts. • Ensure alignment with company goals while maintaining and developing reporting. • Provide actionable insights and enhance business performance. • Support client relationships across all aspects of the company’s operations. • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to sales and service. • Manage client retention, ensuring alignment with company revenue and loss ratio goals. • Maintain expertise in the stop-loss application, its modules, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. • Develop financial, sales, and activity reports to support the sales team. • Stay informed on industry legislation and articulate its impact on self-funded plans and stop-loss terms. • Gain knowledge of all company point solutions and support cross-selling efforts. • Maintain a database of stop-loss and point solution vendors to support product enhancement and competitive analysis. • Oversee Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems for stop-loss and integrate with other point solution systems as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Three (3) or more years of analytical or sales support experience, preferably in stop loss or healthcare. • Ability to obtain a Health & Life license within six months. • Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Power BI and Excel. • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • A plus if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
