📋 Description

• Life360’s mission is to keep people close to the ones they love. • Life360 empowers members to protect people, pets, and things with location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection. • Life360 Devices division recruits for Pricing, Promotion, and Sales Analytics Manager to manage promotions and pricing activities. • You will drive promotional success and design new promotions. • Partner with various teams to identify and implement strategies for improvement. • Analyze metrics, review performance and provide insights to achieve goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or equivalent; MBA is a plus • 6+ years experience in consumer electronics or retail focused on promotional strategy, sales analytics, or pricing or related experience • Ability to step up during ambiguous times and ready to take on new challenges while driving continuous improvement across Sales Analytics, Pricing, and Promotions • Excellent analytical skills, being able to craft a story from the data • Strong communication skills and experience partnering across different functions and various levels in a company • Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with Netsuite, SQL, Databricks and data visualization tools (eg Tableau, PowerBI), is a plus. • Self-starter, comfortable with working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance • Team player and the ability to work collaboratively across different functions, effectively influence senior business partners, and provide thoughtful push back when necessary • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking paired with intellectual curiosity and aptitude in picking up new technical skills
