• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, web design, or a related field. • A portfolio of work demonstrating web experiences you’ve successfully designed and launched, showcasing your impact on usability, aesthetics, and business goals. • Expertise in designing responsive web experiences that are SEO-friendly and highly functional. • Strong UI design skills, with a keen eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction patterns that enhance usability and engagement. • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping. • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design best practices. • Experience working within a design system and contributing to its expansion, particularly for web-specific components. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding experience is a plus, but not required). • A solid grasp of SEO principles, including page speed optimization, structured data, meta tagging, and information hierarchy. • Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively while iterating quickly. • Strong organizational and communication skills to work in a fast-paced startup environment. • Self-starter mentality with a proactive, problem-solving approach to design challenges.
