📋 Description

•We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to lead and manage paid social campaigns for our eCommerce clients. •This individual will oversee 4-6 Meta Ads accounts, with the opportunity to expand strategic oversight to additional platforms like TikTok and Pinterest. •Using tools like Triple Whale, Motion, and other analytics platforms, you’ll ensure ad campaigns are optimized and delivering strong results. •This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and scaling eCommerce brands within a collaborative, data-driven team environment. •You approach challenges with curiosity and a drive to improve. •You are proactive, organized, and consistently prepared with insights. •You take ownership of outcomes and follow through on commitments. •You are passionate about building and scaling brands. •You clearly articulate insights and strategies to both internal teams and clients. •You document and report your work with clarity and accuracy. •You stay at the forefront of marketing strategy and platform updates. •You mentor and inspire others to excel. •You approach work with a solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

•3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads. •Previous experience managing eCommerce campaigns with measurable success in driving ROI. •Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools like Triple Whale and Motion. •Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV. •Familiarity with platforms like Pinterest and TikTok is a strong plus. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail. •A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
