Description
• The Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A (STAT) position is responsible for leading FP&A forecasts and analysis. • Collaborate with multiple teams including financial reporting and actuarial. • Prepare high quality reporting packages with variance analysis and forecasts. • Harness technology to drive automation and efficiencies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required with preference in Accounting/Finance • Minimum 5 years experience in related field • Insurance industry experience preferred • CPA, CFA or MBA desirable • Knowledge of annuity and life insurance products preferred • Experience with projections, general ledgers, databases and report writing is desired
