Description

• Oversee finance function supporting ACO and TPA business segments. • Establish Risk Bearing Entities and support financial agreements. • Lead combined ENAC and Payer finance team. • Develop Pricing/Risk management function. • Manage FP&A needs and ensure accurate forecasts. • Build, lead, engage, and develop a small expert team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. • MBA, FSA, CFA, CPA or other advanced certification preferred. • 10+ years of experience in finance or related fields. • Strong knowledge of health care industry required. • Highly analytical with the ability to navigate enterprise reporting systems. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term deadlines. • Ability to thrive in a heavily matrixed environment. • Ability to foster collaboration and gain support for proposals. • Leadership skills, team-orientation, proactive style.
