Description

• Pachama is seeking a strategic operator with a strong FP&A foundation to drive decisions and investor engagement. • You will own Pachama’s corporate model and lead a thoughtful data-driven process for corporate planning and business model evolution. • This is an individual contributor role with a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and influence. • The role is remote within the United States/International, within 3 hours of Pacific time.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of related experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance / FP&A at a high-growth startup. • Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, and an ability to distill complex information into key outputs like spreadsheets and presentations. • Past exposure to investment and commercial deal processes, including pipeline management, deal structuring, and portfolio management. Exposure to project financing is a plus. • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business partners and an ability to present to both executives and investors. • A thoughtful work style that can think about hard problems from first principles. • Absolute passion for our mission and a belief that we can make an impact to restore nature and remove carbon.
