• Provides leadership and direction to the Revenue Cycle Workflow Optimization. • Collaborates with leaders to enhance revenue cycle technology solutions. • Manages revenue cycle business processes and requirements. • Leads the Workflow Optimization team and ensures timely delivery of requests. • Develops comprehensive testing methodology for system upgrades. • Recommends modifications to enhance quality, safety, and compliance. • Maintains positive relations between stakeholders and workflow optimization team. • Performs HR responsibilities for staff including interviewing and training. • Develops and controls operating and capital budgets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required. • 2 to 3 years of related work experience preferred. • CPA preferred.
