Description
• Oversee a team of system administrators and engineers • Maintain and optimize financial, procurement, and HR systems • Ensure systems are functioning at peak performance • Lead the team in handling system customizations and integrations • Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders • Monitor team’s handling of service tickets and system issues • Ensure routine security audits and data integrity
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Proven experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role • 5+ years in a customer support environment • 2+ years in technical support or technical project management • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies • Understanding of the SDLC
