• Responsible for performing advanced financial analysis. • Supporting strategic decision-making within IDGHS division. • Preparing detailed financial reports. • Developing and maintaining complex financial models. • Managing budget and forecasting components. • Conducting variance analysis and financial monitoring. • Mentoring junior analysts and improving financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent. • Minimum of 5+ years in financial analysis. • Experience in government contracting environment. • Proficiency in spreadsheet software required. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • NGO experience preferred. • Prior experience monitoring financial regulations preferred. • Experience tracking financial activities of sub-recipients preferred.
