📋 Description
• Collaborate with and lead cross functional teams to deliver results on various product and software operational programs. • Manage communication with various program teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment. • Facilitate and moderate tough discussions to keep programs on track and raise issues when needed. • Ensure program deliverables are completed on time and on budget. • Schedule and moderate program review meetings as needed. • Develop and manage Program Plans to ensure successful execution through to completion. • Produce and catalog all program documentation including program charters and weekly reporting. • Develop reports/dashboards and regularly update stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication. • Think strategically about how to solve root problems in a scalable and repeatable way to help improve FICO’s product operations globally. • Gather feedback from key stakeholders and provide recommendations on the best way to advance program goals. • Act as an agent for change within the organization to build strong program teams and advance FICO’s platform first agenda.
🎯 Requirements
• Process oriented with strong attention to detail. • Strong background in leading and completing complex programs for Software-As-a-Service products and cloud-based services. • Understanding of Agile development lifecycle and cloud delivery operations. • Highly collaborative; works seamlessly with cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver complex projects on time. • Exceptional facilitation, moderation and organization skills. • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, advanced level preferred for Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • An ability to balance detail-orientation as well as big picture thinking and strategy. • Bachelor’s degree in highly related field; Advanced degree a plus.
