• A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BRING YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF TITLE & REAL ESTATE TO OUR BUSY B2B SERVICES PROVIDER! • WE HAVE FULL-TIME TEMPORARY POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR OUR ONGOING PROJECTS. • Our Title Examiners utilize extensive experience in real estate records, forms, and practices. • You will be abstracting, compiling and examining documentation from public records as well as organizing the information into a file which reflects the parties of interest and current condition of land requested by the tax collector clients. • You will tailor it into a Party of Interest property report using our Title Data Collector.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years' experience searching title using a geographic title plant • Solid understanding of title practices and procedures (familiarity with Title Point is a huge plus) • High competence in computer applications including full Microsoft Suite and internet searching • Comfort with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat and a paperless work environment • Strong communication skills with reading, writing, speaking and command of the English language
