Description

• Fictiv is a technology company transforming the manufacturing industry. • In your role as Strategic Sourcing Director (US), you'll be accountable for ensuring that Fictiv's US-based manufacturing ecosystem supports the needs of Fictiv's customers. • You'll develop the roadmap and priorities for Fictiv USA to support Fictiv customers' domestic custom mechanical & higher-level assembly production demands. • You'll manage relationships with Manufacturing Partners that are key to the success of Fictiv's customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing, and/or business development roles within custom manufacturing • Minimum BS degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or business administration; MBA preferred • Experience with M&A of manufacturing operations as a means to expand service catalog and market share • Highly experienced with contract manufacturer contract negotiation • Experience developing and managing supply chains that handle export-controlled technologies
