• The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for customer retention and growth. • The Strategic Account Manager is a problem solver and seeks to build long-term relationships with customers. • Manage assigned accounts in Salesforce to ensure compliance with the sales process. • Ensure existing client accounts are achieving budgeted objectives. • Develop and monitor account specific metrics. • Manage client expectations and communicate with clients regularly. • Create, review, and update client statements of work. • Retain clients and attain budgeted targets. • Track daily activity related to leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce. • Develop and maintain rapport and effective relationships to support business success. • Prepare volume forecasts by client. • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or other relevant field. • 3-5 years experience in Sales, Inside Sales and/or Client Support Operations experience in 3PL industry a plus.
