📋 Description

• Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. • This position will be responsible for US and international tax compliance, including sales and use by leveraging Netsuite/Avalara along with payroll and state/federal tax. • With a strong focus on customer service and an approachable attitude, this position will enable our internal teams to move quicker, better serve our clients, and enable overall growth for Field Nation. • We are looking for a strong tax accountant that has led a small team and has the ability to grow with Field Nation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience; 10+ years of tax experience preferred. • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian tax regulations, including payroll, income, sales & use, GST, and provincial taxes. • Understanding of accounting principles, technical accounting skills, and internal tax processes. • Strong problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong interpersonal skills and a key member of the compliance team. • Experience in a fast-growing technology company is a plus.
